Homemade baby food – First complementary food.
For the semolina-marilla-milk porridge, heat milk in a pot. Add the whole grain semolina and bring to the boil briefly. Allow to swell over low heat while stirring constantly.
Wash, halve and pit the apricot. Boil in a little water until soft. Peel off the skin and puree with a hand blender. Stir the apricot puree into the cereal porridge and stir in a few more drops of canola oil.
If necessary, let the semolina-apricot-milk porridge cool down to eating temperature.
