Homemade baby food – First complementary food.

For the Whole Grain Milk Apple Porridge, place whole grain flakes in a saucepan with the milk. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and allow to swell.

Wash and peel the apple, remove the stem, skin and core and cut into pieces. Cook in a little water over low heat until soft. Puree with a blender and stir into the cereal porridge.

If necessary, let the whole grain milk-apple porridge cool down to eating temperature.
