Instructions:

Get your child used to the different vegetables as early as possible – but they have to be mild. Otherwise, you run the risk of having a little vegetable muffin. If your child already rejects vegetables: crush them and bring to the table as a sauce, soup or porridge.

Rinse the vegetables thoroughly. Remove the peel from the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a frying pan or a wide saucepan. Add the mince and sauté briefly, then add the potatoes and 100 ml of water and sauté for 5 min until soft. Cut the ends of the zucchini and the melanzani into small pieces. Blanch (scald) the tomatoes with boiling hot water, cook for 2 minutes, cool and peel. Remove the stalks. Finely dice the vegetables and add to the minced form. Due to reduce temperature, put a lid on and cook the vegetables in 10 to 15 min. If the dish threatens to burn, add a dash of water.

Finally stir in the crème fraîche, the paradeis pulp, the remaining oil and the parsley.

For babies who don’t like to chew yet, mash the porridge, adding a little water if necessary. Freeze in portions.

Baby puree, add basil, pepper and salt for you!

Our tip: zucchini are tender in taste and therefore good for children.
