Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

(approx. 20 min) Cut both ends of the beans into small pieces, blanch al dente in lightly salted water with a little savory, make small bundles, wrap with smoked bacon. Place in a frying pan with a little olive oil and cook in the oven at about 130 °C.

Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Cut chili pepper into rolls, pit olives and cut into slices, dice feta cheese and mix well. Add white balsamic vinegar with cooled pressed olive oil, season with salt and pepper, rub thyme to it, mix repeatedly and soak. Arrange on plates as a bed, place bean bundles on top, garnish with thyme and drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil all around.
