For the baked apple muffins, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the paper molds in the muffin tray.In a bowl, mix the flour, all the sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a second bowl, mix the eggs, baked apple jam, butter and vanilla pulp and if desired the grated marzipan. Gently fold the wet mixture into the flour mixture. Using a spoon, spoon the batter into the paper cups and bake for about 20 minutes on the middle rack. Allow the Bratapffel muffins to cool before eating.
