Baked Avocado with Egg

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 175 °C hot air.

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. If necessary, enlarge the holes left by the pit a little with a spoon (depending on the size of the yolks or avocado pit).

Place the avocado halves in an ovenproof dish.

Crack the eggs and carefully pour them into a bowl (be sure to keep the yolk whole).

Using a spoon, carefully lift out one yolk and place it in the hole of an avocado half. Fill up with egg white. Repeat with the second egg and the other avocado half.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chili flakes.

Carefully place in oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes until egg white is set (it should be visible white).
