Baked Ham Fritters

Cook the Fleckerlnudeln according to package instructions and rinse with cold water.

Cream butter and yolks and season with salt. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Cut the ham into small cubes.

Fold the ham, the meatballs and the beaten egg whites into the dough. Pour into a buttered and crumbled baking dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese.

Bake the ham patties in the oven at 200 °C for about 40 minutes.
