Instructions:

Brush the potatoes thoroughly under running water and cut them in half.

Oil a baking tray, season with salt and place the potatoes on it with the cut surfaces facing down. Cover each potato with a flake of butter and season with salt.

Bake at 250 °C for 40 min, or possibly at 200 °C for 1 hour.
