Calories per serving: 490 75 Remove skin from potatoes, rinse. Place 1 potato at a time on a tablespoon. Score vertically lengthwise about 3 mm apart to edge of spoon. Melt fat. Grease an ovenproof dish with a little fat. Put the potatoes in with the notches facing up, brush with a little fat and season with salt. Bake in the heated oven (electric oven: 200 degrees / convection oven: 175 degrees / gas: level 3) for approx. 50 min. gradually brush with the remaining fat. Sprinkle cheese on top after about half an hour. Mix the mustard with 1 pinch of pepper, vinegar, salt and honey. Whisk in the oil. Rinse and chop the dill and fold it in.

Arrange potatoes and salmon. Serve with mustard sauce. As a drink a cool Pils.
