Instructions:

Blanch the vegetables, drain well and marinate with honey, soy sauce, vinegar and spices for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator.

Separate the eggs. Mix the flour with the white wine and the egg yolks until smooth. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites and season the mixture again with a little salt and pepper.

Pull the marinated vegetables through the batter and bake in the floating fat until golden brown.
