For the banana cake separate the eggs.butter, honey, pinch of salt and egg yolks until foamy.peel the bananas and mash finely. Chop the macadamia nuts. Stir the nuts and mashed bananas into the foamy mixture.Sift the baking powder into the flour and fold into the banana mixture.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Grease and flour a cake tin or loaf pan and fill with the mixture. Bake the banana cake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about an hour.
