Especially in the first months of pregnancy, many expectant mothers suffer from nausea. This mild porridge soothes the stomach and at the same time supplies vitamins, valuable egg white and carbohydrates. It also brings relief from heartburn towards the end of pregnancy.

Bring the milk to a boil, sprinkle in the grits, bring to a boil and simmer at a low temperature for about 15 min. Peel the banana and mash it with a blender. Stir the banana puree and the bran into the grits. Finish with a blob of rose hip pulp and cinnamon.
