For the banana ice chocolate, chop the chocolate. Heat the coconut milk with the vanilla pulp and sugar. Pour off 200 ml of it for the foam. Remove the pan from the heat, stir the chopped chocolate into the coconut milk and melt it.

Put the mixture in the freezer for an hour. Stir occasionally. Peel bananas, cut into small pieces and add to coconut milk mixture.

Finely blend the whole thing with a blender. Divide ice chocolate into glasses. Reheat the saved coconut milk in a high saucepan and blend with a hand blender until frothy.

Spread the coconut foam over the banana ice cream chocolate with a spoon and decorate with chocolate chips.
