Try this delicious pasta dish:
Make noodles, drain, rinse in cold water, drain well and toss in a tiny bit of oil.
Heat the remaining oil in a wok or possibly a high frying pan, sauté onions for 30-40 seconds until translucent, add bean sprouts and noodles and stir-fry for 1 more minute. Stir in green onion and soy sauce, drizzle with sesame oil.
Other suitable ingredients: chicken or meat and / or all kinds of vegetables.
