For the tarte flambée dough, place flour, egg yolks, olive oil, water and salt in the mixing bowl of a food processor and knead with the dough hook until smooth.

Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out thinly, topping as desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 °C for 10-12 minutes.
