Instructions:

Clean, rinse and cut the beans into 3-4 cm long pieces. Cook in a little salted water with a sprig of savory for 10-12 minutes, cool and drain.

Remove the skin from the onion, halve it and cut it into very fine strips. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Mix the vinegar with salt and pepper and the oil.

Carefully mix the beans, tomatoes and onions with the vinaigrette and serve with a sprinkling of chopped savory.
