Dice cured beef brisket, fry in batches in hot oil in roasting pan. Peel and halve the onions, crush the coriander seeds in a mortar, add to the meat and sauté. Add water. Steam at low temperature for 60 minutes. Red bell pepper. Cut into pieces, add 10 min. before end of cooking time. Sprinkle in sauce powder, bring to boil. Salt, season with pepper, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
