For the beef goulash, cut onions into noodles and fry in oil or lard until dark brown. Add the diced meat, salt and fry briefly. Then dust with flour, stir in tomato paste, remove from heat and add paprika.

Add water to cover the meat and cook for 90 minutes.

After about 30 minutes of cooking, add the garlic, marjoram and cumin.

Arrange the beef goulash in plates and serve hot.
