Make long grain rice in salted water. Cut fillet into strips. Remove the skin from the garlic cloves and chop finely. Heat oil, fry meat briefly in batches over medium-high gas flame. Keep meat warm. Add garlic, soy sauce and sherry to the roasting pan and boil off the stock. Chop the parsley.

Pour the sauce over the meat. Mix half of the parsley and the butter into the long grain rice.
