Wash potatoes and boil in water until soft. Lollo biondo wash, clean, cut into bite-sized pieces and spread on the prepared plates.Make a marinade of vinegar, water, salt, sugar, pepper and pumpkin seed oil.Cooked beef cut into strips about 1 cm thick and pour about half of the marinade. Cut red onions and peppers into fine strips. Peel potatoes, cut into flakes and pour the remaining marinade over them. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes.Gently mix all ingredients, arrange on the prepared plates and serve with torn horseradish and chopped pumpkin seeds.
