For the berry granola, first mix the oil with the honey and raspberry juice very well and heat slightly in a saucepan, but not too hot!

In a bowl, mix the flakes with the chopped cashews, cinnamon and cardamom, pour honey mixture and mix everything very well.

Spread the mixture on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes at top/bottom heat on the second lowest rack until the granola is nice and crispy.

Then add the freeze-dried berries. Pour into a jar and consume in four weeks.
