For the berry and curd sheet cake, cream butter, 200 g sugar and cinnamon in a food processor until fluffy. Add eggs little by little.

Mix flour and baking powder, sift and also add gradually. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly on it.

Bake at 170 °C for half an hour (test with a stick). While the dough is cooling, mix the mascarpone, curd cheese, the remaining sugar, vanilla pulp and lemon juice until smooth and spread on the cake base.

Spread berries on top of the mixture. Prepare cake glaze according to package directions with 500 ml water and spread evenly over berries.

Allow the cake to set for two hours.
