A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Prepare the first ingredients into a kneaded dough and leave to cool for half an hour. Then roll out the dough and spread it on the bottom of a 26 cm ø cake springform pan. Bake according to the instructions.

Sprinkle washed, drained blueberries with liqueur and boil for half an hour. Soak gelatine in cold water, squeeze out and let it melt at low temperature while stirring. Whip cream with sugar until stiff and fold in gelatin. Fold in 3/4 of the blueberries.

Spread the blueberry cream on the base using a cake ring. Spread the remaining blueberries evenly on top.

Cook the cake glaze according to instructions and pour over the berries. Garnish the edge with almond flakes.

Place the cake in the refrigerator to set.

Baking/cooking time: 150 min. at 220 °C .
