Instructions:

Prepare the chocolate cream for the Black Forest Cup. For this, whip the cream until stiff and chill.

Briefly boil the milk with the butter, remove from the heat and melt the dark chocolate in it. Allow to cool in a cold water bath while stirring constantly.

Carefully fold into the whipped cream. For the vanilla yogurt, cut open the vanilla bean, scrape out the pulp and mix with a little yogurt.

Then fold in the powdered sugar. Then fold in the remaining yogurt and whisk. Melt the gelatin in a small pot, fold it into the cream and let it thicken in the refrigerator.

Strain the cherries and let them steep covered with the cherry brandy overnight, then place in the refrigerator to chill. Now layer the cream in a glass or dessert bowl.

Add the cherries to the yogurt cream, decorate the Black Forest Cup with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
