Instructions:

Beat egg whites, sugar and salt until stiff.

Beat the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

Carefully mix with the snow and fold in the flour.

Spread the mixture on the lower third of the dough, spread the blueberries over the mixture and roll up the strudel.

Bake in the oven at 160 °C for approx. 30 minutes.
