Instructions:

For the Blunzn herb packets with bread horseradish first grate the horseradish. Cut the rolls into cubes and put them into a pot with the soup and the horseradish. Bring to a boil and simmer until a smooth mixture is formed. Season to taste and leave to infuse.

Boil the potatoes, peel and grate coarsely.

At the same time, boil water for the cabbage with vinegar and spices and cook the cabbage in it until soft. Drain.

In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until translucent. Add potatoes and fry until crispy.

Cut Blunzn into slices, season with salt and pepper and fry on both sides in a little oil.

Put a slice of Blunzn and some of the potatoes on each cabbage leaf. Roll up and fry again briefly.

Serve the Blunzn cabbage parcels with bread horseradish.
