Clean, rinse and drain spinach. Chop garlic and onion. Sauté in one tbsp. oil. Add spinach and let it fall together. Drain and cool a little. Dice cheese and fold in.

Place two dough triangles on top of each other. Place a tbsp of spinach and cheese mixture on top. Fold corners to center. Brush the inside of the dough tip with water. Roll dough up and press tip smooth. Heat remaining oil in a frying pan. Fry the rolls until golden brown. Serve with tomato and cucumber leaf salad.
