Instructions:

For the loaf, place the ingredients in the mixing bowl of the food processor in the order given and knead with the dough hook until smooth.

Then cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for at least 60 minutes. The dough should have doubled in size. Knead the dough again and place it in a selicone loaf pan.

Cover again and let rise for 30 minutes. Then bake the bread at 200 °C for 1 hour. Remove the baked bread from the pan and let it cool on a rack.
