Instructions:

Salt, cumin, water, marjoram, halved garlic cloves and make whole sausages 30 min.

Take out sausages and cut into slices. Add raw, peeled potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes.

Whisk sour cream with flour, a dash of water and vinegar, add to soup and bring to boil once. Mix in the sliced sausage.

Tip: The soup should be left to infuse for one night.

Serve with brown bread.
