For the bread dumplings, put the bread cubes in a large bowl, pour the oil over them. Finely chop the parsley, add to the mixture, salt and pepper. IMPORTANT!!! Mix everything only with a wooden spoon, DO NOT knead.

Whisk the milk with the 3 eggs and pour over the mixture. Mix well until all the bread cubes are well moistened with the egg-milk mixture. Add the flour and stir in. Let rest for 20 minutes. Bring a wide pot of salted water to a boil. With wet hands, form dumplings from the mixture and cook in the gently simmering water for 20 minutes. There is no need to stir, the dumplings will turn by themselves. The mass makes 10-12 bread dumplings, depending on the size.
