Instructions:

Mix the veal and pork sausage meat, mustard and egg yolks well. Mix kukuruz, peppers, peas, Gruyère and chives into the sausage meat mixture.

Mix Sbrinz and breadcrumbs in a plate. Using a tablespoon, cut out dumplings from the sausage meat and vegetable mixture, turn them in the breadcrumb mixture on the other side and shape them into dumplings.

Fry the dumplings in the hot clarified butter on both sides on medium fire for four to five minutes until golden brown.

Tip: As an alternative to the fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried ones.
