For the breakfast porridge, first put the 3-grain mixture, amaranth, coconut flakes, nuts and flour in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients together with a spoon.

Then, cut the dried fruits into small pieces with a sharp knife and gradually stir them into the ingredients in the bowl.

Keep stirring so that the early fruits are nicely distributed in the mixture and do not stick to each other. Mix the breakfast porridge with a little hot milk or hot water and let it cool down.

Stir well and enjoy best in the morning.
