For the breakfast rolls, knead a smooth dough from the given ingredients with the dough hook in the food processor. Form the dough into a ball and place in a large covered container to rest overnight in the refrigerator.

In the morning, take the dough out of the refrigerator and knead it. Form 16 balls of the same size from the dough. Cover them on a floured baking sheet and let them rise in a warm place for about 30-40 minutes (they should have doubled in size).

Then bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes.
