Instructions:

For the breakfast rolls, knead all ingredients well. Let the dough rise in the oven at 30 °C top/bottom heat. Knead well again by hand (add seeds if necessary).

Bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes. Keep sprinkling with water.
