Instructions:

Hard boil the eggs, cool, lightly peel the shell.

Shape the eggs in a glass. Boil water and vinegar with the spices over medium heat for 5-7 min., cool and pour over the eggs. They should be in the marinade for at least 4 days.

For the sauce, stir together the ingredients listed.

For eating enjoyment, simply pour the sauce over the peeled, halved eggs form – that’s it!

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
