For the brioche rolls, mix soft butter with the remaining ingredients to make a smooth yeast dough. Let the dough rise until it has doubled in volume. Then knead the dough well again by hand.

Form rolls and let rise on the baking sheet for another 15 minutes. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar sprinkles as desired. Bake the brioche rolls at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
