Instructions:

Clean, rinse and drain the broad beans. Finely chop the onions and sauté in heated oil until translucent. Add vegetables and sugar, stir and steam at high temperature for 10 min. with lid closed.

Stir flour with water until smooth and add to vegetables. Reduce the temperature a little bit and continue cooking.

Add salt 5-10 min before end of cooking time, turn off kitchen stove and cool halfway with lid closed.

Serve cooled and sprinkled with dill. You can also add yogurt to the dish.
