Broccoli with Garlic Cream

Instructions:

Remove the leaves from 1 kg broccoli, remove the peel from the stalks, score them crosswise until just before the roses, rinse the broccoli and boil in salted water form.

Add 3 tbsp. cooking oil, 2 tbsp. juice of one lemon, steam the broccoli in about 10 min. until tender, drain, cool a little.

Stir 200 low-fat curd cheese with 1 peeled, pressed garlic clove, 4 tbsp. whipping cream, season with juice of one lemon, salt and freshly ground pepper, spread evenly over broccoli.

Peel 2 hard-boiled eggs, chop coarsely, sprinkle over.
