Broccoli a little bit defrost. Beef broth bring wine and butter to a boil. Add the vegetables and cook for ten minutes. Season with salt and a pinch of sugar. Cook the white sauce with the vegetable soup according to the instructions. Stir egg yolk and whipped cream into the sauce. Cut drained mushrooms into quarters and heat in the sauce. Fill broccoli vegetables into a square baking dish, pour sauce into the center and garnish with hard-boiled eggs. Serve with boiled potatoes.
