The favorite broccoli

Divide broccoli into roses and blanch in boiling hot salted water. Cut cooked ham into strips. Peel, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Put everything in an ovenproof dish, pour bechamel sauce over it and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 160 °C for 15 minutes.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give a wonderful touch to your dish!
