Broccoli with White Wine

Instructions:

Clean broccoli, rinse, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook in about 10 min. in a quarter liter of salted water.

In the meantime, finely chop the onion and fry in hot oil with a clove of garlic pressed through. Cut cooked ham into strips, add and fry briefly. Extinguish with white wine. Add broccoli with the water. Cook in the open saucepan for about 5 minutes.

Season with salt and white pepper.

Serve with: Chops and boiled potatoes

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
