For the brown bacon sauce, quarter the onions and cut into thin slices, bacon into cubes. Fry everything together with the onions until they are light yellow. Sprinkle flour on top and fry until it turns brown, deglaze with soup.

Simmer for about 15 minutes, then season with salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar. Bring everything to the boil again and serve the brown bacon sauce sprinkled with parsley.
