Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Melt the butter and steam the vegetables in it for 10 min. with the lid closed.

Sprinkle with flour and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring. Add the water and the bay leaf spice. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously, and simmer on low heat for 4-5 min.

Melt the miso into 1 tablespoon of sauce and return to the saucepan. Add the shoyu and simmer for a few more minutes. Taste and add more shoyu or miso if necessary. Remove the bay leaf seasoning before serving.
