For the Brownietod, place the chocolate in a heatproof container in the oven at just below 100° C so that it melts – also add the butter already in the oven.

Beat the eggs with the sugar and the pinch of salt until foamy and then mix the chocolate with the butter into the mixture.

Stir in the flour, the nuts and the breadcrumbs and spread the batter on a deep baking tray lined with baking foil, or pour it into a butter-greased ramekin and bake at around 180 °C top and bottom heat.

The brownie is ready when the surface is firm and the center is still crispy.
