Instructions:

(*) For 20-30 pieces of bread cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Spread with butter or drizzle with olive, nut or truffle oil to taste. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Toast in oven at 220 °C until light brown.

Cut avocado in half, remove pit and peel. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Mix with balsamic vinegar. Cut the gorgonzola into small cubes as well, mix with the avocado cubes, season and form on the toasted bread slices.
