Instructions:

Clean and rinse Brussels sprouts and cook in salted water for approx. 10 min. al dente. Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and rosemary and pour over the still hot Brussels sprouts. Cool.

Cut ham and cheese into strips and mix with the leaf salad.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
