A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

1. stir all the ingredients for the salad dressing. Clean the Brussels sprouts, remove individual leaves. Cook in a little salted water for 2 to 3 minutes, drain well and arrange on plates. Drizzle with the salad dressing and leave to infuse for at least 15 min.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Pit the olives and cut them in half. Remove the peel from the tomatoes and cut into fine cubes.

Sprinkle tomato cubes, olives, mushrooms and walnuts over the lettuce. Place eggs in the center. Garnish leaf salad with chervil.

Toast white bread cubes in butter with garlic until crispy, sprinkle over lettuce.
