Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Prepare flour with eggs, milk and salt to a smooth dough. Allow to swell for approx. 15 min. If necessary, add a little more milk. Mix the ham cubes into the dough. Bake the pancakes one by one in a greased frying pan and keep warm.

Clean and rinse beans and break large beans. Cook in boiling hot salted water with the savory until tender, 15-25 minutes.

Sauté diced onion in butter until translucent. Add cleaned mushroom slices to the onion form and steam at low temperature for about 10 min. Season lightly with salt and season with pepper.

Mix the drained beans with the mushrooms, season and sprinkle with parsley. Form on one half of the pancakes and cover with the other half.
