Instructions:

For the baked potato salad, peel the onion and cut into very fine cubes. Likewise, dice the pickles very finely. Then cut the sausages into thin slices.

Now heat the oil and fry the onion cubes until brown. Immediately sprinkle with the flour, mix well and pour in the soup. Mix well until you get a creamy consistency.

Stir in the finished potato salad. Then mix in the gherkins and the sausages. Season to taste with salt and caraway seeds.
