Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Spread out baking sheets with parchment paper. Sift flour with baking powder, crumble with butter, knead quickly with egg, vanilla sugar, sugar and yolks to a dough. Shape dough into 6 rolls (about 2 cm thick), cut slices about 2 cm thick into small pieces and shape into croissants. Place the croissants on the baking trays and bake for about 10 minutes (middle shelf) until golden brown. Remove the crescents together with the paper from the baking tray and cool. Dip the ends of the croissants in chocolate glaze, drain and dry on parchment paper.
